THE ROBOTICS CLUB
BACKGROUND OF THE ROBOTICS CLUB:
Robotics Club has been existing since last academic year 2009-2010, providing interested students with opportunities to express their skills, knowledge and creativity through conceptualizing, designing and programming robots. The school has provided the club with quality sets of Lego kits (both RCX and NXT models) to aid them in their club activities.
Vision:
Robotics club’s vision is to inspire and enable students to explore their creativity and engineering skills through the use of science and technology in a fun and competitive atmosphere that teaches them both technical skills while focusing on teamwork and leadership
Mission:
Our mission is to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders, by engaging them in exciting, mentor-based programs that build science, engineering and technology skills, inspire innovation, and foster well-rounded life capabilities including self confidence, communication and leadership
